Lisa and Doug at DDM ensured this was an amazingly quick sale with a good price achieved and no glitches, apart from a minor delay picking up the keys at the start of the sale. Nevertheless highly recommended for attentive service and a stress free sale.

From the very beginning, DDM Grimsby have been fantastic. The whole team have been professional, knowledgeable and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Dealing with Doug at DDM has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered in any industry. Despite numerous attempts to reach him via telephone and email, he has completely ghosted me—failing to return calls or acknowledge my last six emails.
