The purchase of this house was made very easy thanks to Lee and his team. They were always available to answer questions and offer help throughout the process. Lee provided excellent advice and guidance on a number of matters, including sharing his knowledge of the local area.<br><br>On our second viewing we met Victoria, who was also extremely helpful and clearly very knowledgeable about the area.<br><br>Communication was consistently good, and we were kept updated and informed at every stage.<br>Thank you both for your support.

From start to finish dealing with DDM has been great, always answer the phone promptly. All the staff we have spoken to have been very helpful. Most of our dealings were with Doug Webster manager at DDM he has been exceptional at keeping us in the loop throughout the process explaining things to us and making this difficult at times process easier. Thank you Doug and the team at DDM. I would highly recommend them.

Was told by DDM the house would sell at £100 k ,was given straight to i am sold auction co. That had it advertised for £80 ,000 then dropped it to £70 k within a few weeks. Because I turned down £75,000 I am sold wanted the buyers fees of £6500 off me !! I phoned DDM twice, first time told, the manager is busy doing paperwork. Second time told someone will phone you, never did . I sold it for £80,000 to avoid the £6500 . Well & truly lost out . On the auction site such a short time, a friend looking at the time to buying a house didn't see it advertised. Would i recommend DDM ? What do you think??

Average service had to chase up due to lack of communication. They did my first house viewing and the information given to the viewer was incorrect so need to learn about the house more before viewing so I did my viewing.
