We found the team at DDM Grimsby to be responsive, professional and knowledgeable. It didn’t matter which member of the team we called, they all seemed to have an understanding of what we needed, could answer our questions and give us lots of advice and reassurance throughout our sale, as well as supporting us with our forward purchase. It never felt pushy, more a group of people who had our best interests at heart and that really helped when we went through some of the inevitable ups and downs of a house sale. We’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else thinking of selling up in North East Lincolnshire. We worked more closely with Doug and Lexi and they were very supportive but honestly, the rest of the team were great too, from the photos, video, taking our calls, answering our emails and even the times when I popped into the office, nothing was ever too much trouble.

DDM Grimsby have been the estate agents for the house I am currently purchasing, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Doug Webster, in particular, has been outstanding throughout the process. He has maintained regular contact, keeping me updated every step of the way and making what can often be a stressful experience feel far more manageable.
Doug has consistently gone above and beyond, especially in helping to progress the purchase when my solicitors have been far less proactive. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to getting things moving have been hugely appreciated. From day one Doug and his team at DDM
Were on the ball ,found out all the details of buyers in front of the our property sale and the buyers forwarded of the property we were buying ,
every step of the way if they didn't know
They would fined out ,
Would we use them again No ,
That's because we don't intend to move again,

Very friendly and knowledgeable, giving excellent advice. Quick with information and feedback from viewings, updates on how the offers stood against each other. Everything was explained before we agreed to use their service. They worked hard and are well worth every penny.
