Shannon was a great help and very supportive in our search for a property. She showed us several properties and organised those at an easy time for us, she exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Pleasant team who keep us up to date regularly with what has gone on with our sale. They have sold our property twice but we had nowhere to move to, so lost our buyers. Not Dexters fault.

Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.
