Generated limited number of viewings and did not qualify leads particularly well e.g. our apartment is on the 3rd floor next to a railway line and a number of viewers mentioned they were worried there was no lift and that it was too close to the train lines.
First set of photographs of the apartment (when advertisement is most likely to have the biggest impact) were not good - the colours looked washed out).
Only 'strategy' to create more viewings was to reduce the asking price by £100k!
