I moved into a flat through Dexter.
And had really not have the best experience.
I always felt like they were extremely demanding, calling me twice a day and putting me under a lot of pressure when they needed things from me when I was absolutely in the right to evaluate my options. However, vise-versa nothing happened, I was told on the day I moved in the missing bathroom tiles were gonna be fixed within the next weeks, but they still weren't one year later, and the light in the entrance never got fixed as well despite plenty emails and calls on my side. Then I was told my overpaid rent (because they ask students to pay 6 months in advance) would be transferred back to me when the new tenant moves in until today I haven't received any money back.
It's tragic that the London flat market is so much under pressure that sometimes, you don't have any other option but to go with the big, commercialized companies.
