I had a great experience viewing a property with Isabelle from Dexters in Hendon. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the viewing. Isabelle took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and made me feel comfortable. She was well-prepared and gave me all the information I needed about the property and the local area. I started looking for an apartment on Bank Holiday Monday in late May. I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options.
I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day! Superb. Impressed by the follow up connection from him also. Brilliant job Corey and Luke.
