My experience with DJ Alexander has been negative.
I booked a flat viewing for a property and was then informed it was cancelled at short notice. I then got an email later that day saying a similar property is available but it was the same one. I queried this and was told it fell through so it’s available for a viewing again. I then booked another viewing only for to be cancelled an hour before again that it had been let.
This was all communicated via automated emails.
Not a great experience.

We have had a very good experience with D J Alexander recently. They dealt with some fairly major end of tenancy repairs promptly. In particular their contractor had done a superb job of replacing a set of badly damaged wardrobe doors for a very good price. Communication throughout the process has been excellent from both Amy and Gerrit. Our apartment is now in good shape and has new tenants.

A problem that should have been resolved in a short period took months due to the indifference, incompetence, and lack of coordination among the staff - if not outright bad faith. Beyond the months of anxiety and frustration caused, we were forced to pay 1.5 months' worth of unnecessary rent past the exit date. I strongly advise avoiding them or be prepared to hire a very good lawyer.

I have used many property management companies in the past, but I have found DJ Alexander to be one of the very best. They always keep me informed and up to date on everything that is required, and are very professional when handling the process of finding tenants quickly and efficiently.
