A problem that should have been resolved in a short period took months due to the indifference, incompetence, and lack of coordination among the staff - if not outright bad faith. Beyond the months of anxiety and frustration caused, we were forced to pay 1.5 months' worth of unnecessary rent past the exit date. I strongly advise avoiding them or be prepared to hire a very good lawyer.

I have used many property management companies in the past, but I have found DJ Alexander to be one of the very best. They always keep me informed and up to date on everything that is required, and are very professional when handling the process of finding tenants quickly and efficiently.

DJ Alexander has helped us with the sale of two properties and I can’t recommend the Byres Road branch enough. We have dealt mainly with Conor and Ruth and the quality of service has been exceptional.
