Fantastic service from Duncan and Jo. Of the three agents quoting they suggested the highest price and pretty much achieved it. One of the other agents (VM) suggested nearly £80k less than the price we received!! Duncan Perry’s knowledge of the local market is second to none. I would strongly recommend using them.

An absolutely fantastic estate agency. Duncan and his team were professional, efficient, and always available to answer questions or discuss any concerns throughout the process. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and their communication and support were excellent throughout. Thank you again for all your help — I would highly recommend them, as they truly are the best in the area.

I worked with Duncan Perry to rent out my flat. I had never letted out a property before so it was all completely new to me. The team walked me through the entire process, kept in the loop at all times and had multiple viewings very quickly. Sarah gave great advice and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Worst experience I had in my entire life, they used a company called GoodLord for references who did not look at whole entire income because staff do not know what they are doing, they are unhelpful towards single parents and legitimate hardworking people. The staff come across rude, disrespectful, obnoxious, if your fake and full of nonsense they certainly will take you on good luck if your thinking of them being your estate agent. Absolutely very unprofessional.
