Avoid. Lots of good sales talk with seemingly pleasant agents, but zero delivery. As a property owner, it was Very muddled approach to onboarding a property, with demands that changed with the breeze. Felt like no clear process.

Very brutal landlord agents, do not respond to issues, do not take inventory of worn out items that need replacing, do not show any concern for living standards of there tenants.
Durrants =Tyrants.
