We would like to say a huge thank you to the entire Elephant team for managing the sale of our home so seamlessly and have since recommended them to numerous friends and colleagues.
When we met Matthew, we instantly warmed to his professional and down-to-earth approach and the fact that he really appreciated the care and attention we had put into our home. This was reflected in the high quality brochure (brilliant photos and thoughtful description) that he produced and the way that the team conducted viewings. The result was a best and final offers process, achieving significantly over the asking price, from a buyer, in an excellent position. The team were absolutely fantastic in managing the process thereafter to exchange and completion. Every single member of the team was friendly and approachable and always fully briefed on the situation. They were also calm and reassuring when we hit a few bumps in the road. We honestly had such a positive experience from a company with a friendly, personalised service that offers something very different to other estate agents in the area. Thank you!!!! We can only hope for an experience half as good when it comes to purchasing our next home!

Elephant exceeded all my expectations of what an estate agent would offer. I dealt with Emily and Nick over an 18 month period from 1st enquiring about selling to actually taking the plunge. From assisting with negotiations with my onwards sale to a lot of advice with EWS1 forms and generally keeping a rocky chain together and keeping me sane throughout, the support was just the best and a fair few laughs along the way. They know the area well which was one of the reasons I used them and I'm very glad I did!

Very impressed.I chose them after initial contact with 3 agents and I found their whole team approach worked very well for me.Slightly complex sale as I had Lasting Power of Attorney for the owner so was handling the sale on his behalf.They dealt with this with aplomb.Also great to see a multi ethnic team in action and welcome change in an original name.Like the Elephant they had a very good memory

I can’t recommend Elephant highly enough. Everyone we have had contact with at their Bishopston branch has been friendly, polite and competent. They really know the property market in the area and their marketing strategy is very successful. We have had a few bumps in the road but they have guided us well every step of the way. You won’t regret choosing Elephant.
