Have just brought through Compass Elevation and can’t recommend enough. Grant was more than helpful in navigating the buying process for us as first time buyers - no question we had was too much, and if he didn’t know the answer would quickly find out. Grant and the team were great with communication returning calls when promised and always at the end of a call/text when needed, their professionalism and knowledge has been greatly appreciated throughout and we always felt that they had us covered. Grant was always on the ball emailing/calling and chasing to get us moved on the time scale we wanted keeping us updated throughout. Thank you to you all!

We recently bought our first home through compass elevations with Mark. We expected buying to be very stressful but thanks to Mark helping us chase solicitors and giving us frequent updates, it was a really smooth process throughout! Even with some issues towards exchanging, Mark was brilliant with keeping us in the loop and helping us push for completion. He even was giving us updates that the solicitors were not, it was really nice to have someone in our corner.

I cannot thank Grant, Lorna or Mark enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would - it is totally deserved. This house sale was not an easy one and had previously been turned down by another agent. However, Grant and the team worked with great determination and patience in what became an unbearable situation, due to many unforeseen hold ups. They didn't waver once, and spent such a huge amount of hours and effort to secure the sale. I cannot thank Grant enough for all his work and many, many calls to get this through - without him and his team this would simply not have happened. I totally recommended this company.

My wife and I have recently brought a house who compass were the acting selling agent.
From the start of the process, viewing the house and handling the offer negotiations Lorna and Mark were fantastic and extremely professional. Grant did an amazing job of all the sales progression as at times I did wonder whether delays within the chain would stop the house going through. Thankfully through the hard work from Grant who really did go above and beyond we managed to complete.
I would highly recommend to sell your house through this agency!
