11 months ago i agreed with Compass elevation to sell my flat through them and within 24hrs i had an offer that was accepted so this was excellent.
We then went through a very protracted sale with difficult solicitors which lasted 11 months and every step of the way i cannot commend Grant Ward and Mark Sheffield enough as they were excellent in keeping me up to date from day 1 to day 334.
Without a doubt an estate agent that cares and tries to do its best for their clients

Like most house sales, mine wasn’t without its complications especially at 8 and a half months pregnant but thanks to Compass Elevation and the incredible help from Grant Ward to get it over the line, I can safely say I’m in a position of being exchanged and ready to complete in 2 days! The team are professional, hardworking and very knowledgeable and queries were delt with factually, efficiently and effectively! I want to say a huge thank you to Grant specifically who deserves a raise simply based on the amount of questions and worries I had, that he took it upon himself to sort out for me (going over and above) or helped explain to me in a way that wasn’t patronising and had a genuine human touch! I’m very impressed with the company and thought I hope to god I won’t need to move a time soon, I will definitely be taking my business here again! Would recommend to anyone!

Big thank you to Grant and the team at Elevation, always super quick to respond to calls and emails. Some parts of the process were quite stressful but dealing with the estate agents made it a lot easier, especially in terms of the sales progression were Grant stepped in and was really thorough throughout.

Selling my flat through Compass Elevation was an easy and stress free process. Grant, Saurav and Lorna made everything simple for me at every stage and kept in constant communication with me so I always knew where I stood and what was required of me. With listing to completion only being 2 months, they certainly worked hard to pull it all together and I couldn't recommend them any more highly, I will certainly use them again in future!!

Brilliant job, by Grant, Laura and Saurav. Very tenacious and will fight to get the sale and / or purchase over the line. Professional, helpful, friendly and always ready to go the extra mile. Yes I am always skeptical of this industry but they restored my faith in it in so many positive ways. Most importantly they were always honest never hid anything and did exactly what they said they would do. Great stuff

Grant went above and beyond for me. Not only did he find me my property (out of working hours) he arranged all the appointments and ensured I was updated throughout my whole process. It has been a very long 10 months of waiting for my new build, however Grant has made it effortlessly smooth. He has offered advice, support and an ear when I have needed to rant! Couldn't recommended Grant enough! If you are in the area and are looking to sell, buy or even have a property related question he will ensure you are looked after!

I can not fault the team at Bedford! From the moment my partner and I registered interest on a property they were quick, efficient and happy to help! Right through to completion - just amazing through and through! A special mention to Grant who supported us in chasing things to take the pressure off of me as I was pregnant at the time and to Laura who completed the sale for us, with daily updates and now a date for completion! They both made a particularly stressful experience much more manageable and we can not thank them enough!
