Would highly recommend they are really quick, knowledgeable and professional and friendly and they really know their stuff and have so much knowledge of the local area. They advertised our flat for the right price and were so quick to sort out viewings.

Iam a landlady and its the second time l have asked Estate East agent to look for another tenant for my property. The whole process was prompt efficient and l was kept informed throughout the whole process.
I have again lovely tenants and l would recommend eastate east agent to landlords.

We wanted to buy a 1bed flat. Viewing and offer stages went well. After that, I've spent 7 months waiting for the sale process to progress, unfortunately the sale didn't go through. The vendor and the estate agents 'forgot' to tell us that there were 15k of outstanding charges on the property due to maintenance works to be done: we discovered it at the very last minute thanks to the council. No negotiation was accepted by the vendor.
Total lack of interest on the part of real estate agents throughout the overall process. So sad.

We have had a fantastic experience selling our house in Leyton through Estates East. Charlie and his team have been efficient, highly communicative and supportive throughout the process. Compared to our previous experiences of other agents in Leyton, Estates East are far more organised, and much more experienced. We would highly recommend them.
