If you want to view a property you apparently have to go through their mortgage broker even of you already have an existing AIP.

We bought a property through Exquisite Homes in October and we were really impressed by the service we received. We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Professional from start to finish. In a very subdued market environment the sale price achieved was higher than other agents had valued it at . Great communication throughout and would highly recommend.

Exquisite Homes, but especially Mike Bidwell, were outstanding in ensuring that the purchase of our new home got over the line to exchange and a sucesful completion. The team were very polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. My sale was relatively straightforward but had their been issues I'm sure they woukd have been sorted efficiently.
