I am pleased to have received the keys to my first property today. Throughout this process, I had the pleasure of working with Fairfield’s, who made the entire experience seamless from the day I viewed to completion. In particular, I would like to commend Matt for his exceptional service; he consistently went above and beyond at all hours with any queries and reassurance needed, an absolute gentleman. And a great thank you to Michael and the whole team. When the time comes to sell, I will undoubtedly turn to Fairfield’s again.

I recently procured a property to rent through Fairfield Estate Agents last month and only have praise for them on how they handled everything. Their service was very good and prompt and would highly recommend them to anyone out there who are seeking to get onto the housing ladder, or require rentable accommodation here in the UK. What could be a stressful experience was made easy by everyone at Fairfields North Watford. From the valuation visit through to completion of sale they were brilliant. All their staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Despite going to market in December they sold the house at a good price within 9 weeks and all offers came with a good understanding of the potential buyers positions which is critical in helping choose the right one. I could not recommend the team there more highly.

I recently dealt with Fairfield as a purchaser and have dealt with them previously.
I cannot fault the service and friendliness (and local knowledge) of Fairfield, they are always great to deal with.
They assisted in moving the sale / purchase along really well and I would be pleased to deal with them again in the future

I can not recommend Fairfield’s South Oxhey enough. From the very first call with Rob, who was extremely professional and friendly. Then Julian who was absolutely fantastic, kept me up to date every step of the way. He went above and beyond and sped the process up- quicker than the solicitors. What could of been an even more stressful time- Julian was very calm, and got us to completion. Thank you guys.
