We have just sold our house with Churchills in Bushey. From the valuation to completion it took just 22 weeks. Every single member of staff from branch manager to the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. We were given regular updates and were helped with every step of the process. We had a high volume of viewings with a number of offers. It was actually our second viewers that became the purchasers. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff including Robert, Julian and Megan were exceptional and very transparent when handling this sale for me as it was my first one.
