Overall excellent service from the beginning. Queries answered speedily and professionally.
First time selling a property, can confirm a very stressful experience but was always reassured and advised at each step of the process.
All staff were polite and courteous but would like to say a personal thank you to Megan because she was always a calm and supportive voice at the end of the phone.

The service I received from Alan Carr and his team was excellent. Arrived from Australia to sort out my mother's funeral and her estate and Alan helped me through with the process and sale of my mother's house all the way. Very happy with Fairfield estates (Tudor)
We had lots of viewings and the staff were great and very approachable..
They got us the right buyer for our house and got us over the finish line and felt without Joe Mastersons intervention at points things would have been very rocky

Been a good friendly, professional , courteous & Sales Staff under the superb Bushey Branch Manager Francesco Dora, initially recommended by great hard working gentleman, David Rose- all staff at the branch played their valuable part, particularly given our situation - kept the viewings active consistently with feedback / communication ?????????????update - with my nephew assisting with the sale etc & - will ALWAYS recomend ..Best wishes, Sam & Sanjit..????????????

All the staff including Robert, Julian and Megan were exceptional and very transparent when handling this sale for me as it was my first one. They were very professional and patient towards my questions and made me feel at ease with making decisions. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.
