First inital viewing was good then it spirelled as soon as our offer got accepted. From then onwards we received nothing but bad service. The chain broke multiple times and we weren't told anything (sneaky) they didn't give us updates when we asked specifically for them once a week. We found ourself constantly chasing them up as they wouldn't reply to emails, eventually after 6 months of chaos we started looking elsewhere, luckily we did as our vendor pulled out.

From beginning to end, exceptional professional and friendly service. Communication every step of the way. 13 weeks from valuation to completion of sale.
Fees were so competitive, topped with no tie in to a set period in the contract, which lead to me appointing Farr & Farr - best decision made as I never felt alone in the process ever. We had several viewings immediately over the first few days of going on the market and the firm offers from the buyers within the first 5 days! The property was empty and I was not local, but Craig and Mel and the rest of the team always kept an eye on things and notified me at all times of any viewings, additional visits etc! I felt I had a great rapport and trust with all especially Craig! I would definitely recommend you don’t go anywhere else, you want to sell your property or look to buy, you don’t find a better Agent than Farr and Farr!!
