Dreadful renting through them, faulty appliances provided by them refused to be replaced, multiple issues in regards to both water and space heating that refused to be replaced, which is illegal, repeatedly ignored phone calls to chase issues, refused to provide legal paperwork when requested. Glad to be away from them, record all conversations with them and keep copies of all emails incase you need to take legal action, which I'm consulting a legal firm to do so.

[Edit] on top of this, the power supplier were provided incorrect meter readings by Farr and Farr so I've been hit with a £274 bill for a property I haven't lived in for three months... Read more
