I highly recommend Featherstone Leigh’s Kew team. Jo O’Sullivan has a brilliant knowledge of the area and market and is great at building long term relationship with her clients and I’ve been so impressed with the expertise and hard work Prue Semba has demonstrated as she skilfully guided me through the letting process. This team have gone above and beyond and are friendly and fun to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

A huge thank you to Jo and Prue in helping my brother and sell the family home. They were both so kind, patient and proactive. Having unsuccessfully tried to sell the house with other "local" agencies for many months, Prue and Jo jumped into action and thanks to their thorough knowledge of the Kew Village market and their personal contacts within the community. They, very quickly , not only connected us with the perfect buyer, but also found me the perfect flat, off market, to move to, thus allowing me to stay in this wonderful area which is Kew Village. I cannot recommend the Featherstone Leigh, Kew office highly enough - all thanks to Jo and Prue's knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service.

We recently bought a flat through featherstone Leigh and were so impressed with Prue and Jo. We had viewed 15+ properties with other estate agents who were very pushy and didnt show us appropriate properties. So glad we found featherstone Leigh! They kept us informed at all times and helped us move things along with the sale. Prue and Jo took lots of time to support us through the process and answer all of our (many) questions. Would highly recommend.

Etienne was the agent that helped me find my great new flat in Richmond. He is super responsive, well mannered young man and pleasant to interact with. He helped carry my suitcases up two flights of stairs on the move in day, which I didn’t expect him to. He did it with a smile and said: it’s all part of the service!

Featherstone Leigh are by far the best estate agent in Teddington. Friendly and helpful staff and were very happy with the viewings they did of our flat. We have rented with them and now sold our house with them. They sent a professional photographer to come and take the photos. There was good communication throughout with a WhatsApp group. We also had good feedback from them to our new estate agent who also said they were a pleasure to deal with. Sell your house or flat with Featherstone Leigh. You won't be disappointed.

We had a very pleasant experience while viewing and getting the offer agreed through Featherstone Leigh. They were very friendly and flexible throughout and arranged repeat viewings within an hour although it was late evening (after office hours). The team gave us personalized attention and responded very positively to our requirements. It took only 24 hours from initial viewing to offer acceptance.
