    We have bought, rented and sold our flat with Fraser and his team at Featherstone over the last 5 years. Every time, they have given us competitive rates and exceptional service. The team are friendly, knowledgable and efficient and they were way more instrumental in keeping our sale progressing than any solicitor! They have totally challenged my preconceptions of estate agents!

    Fraser and his sales team were highly professional, friendly and very easy to build a relationship with when we selected them to let our flat in Battersea. It was more of a trusted partnership and we never once felt 'sold to'. This approach is so valuable and in stark contrast to some agencies, one in particular nearby has taken a purely aggressive approach of chasing sales and hounding prospective customers. Fraser and the team made us feel so comfortable with the process, the financial, contractual elements and giving us realistic market expectations for our locality. They also play fair in their position of balancing the needs of their letting customer with the corresponding renting customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to those letting or renting.
