PLEASE READ.
This estate agency is a joke, rented a property from them for two years in Ipswich, on 4 separate occasions they allowed people to go in the house without out my knowledge or permission.. FOUR TIMES. Breaking the contract and just a cheap apology. Then I move out and 5 weeks later they are charging me for dust, and grass in the garden to be cut both was done when I moved out. There is no support for the tenant with this estate agency, they just don’t care. Worst estate agents ever. Avoid at all costs. I’m now taking them and the landlord to court.

We were extremely pleased with the way the sale of our property was handled by Fenn Wright. From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care.
Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light.
Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised.
Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I had an excellent experience buying my first home with my partner with Fenn Wright Stanway branch. The whole team was really kind and professional throughout, and super helpful and generous with their time considering it was our first time buying any kind of property and we were new to it all. Kirsty was especially professional, super warm and friendly, and always called each week to give you a detailed update on where you were at with the purchase journey. I couldn't recommend them enough!

A big thank you to the team at Fenn Wright in Chelmsford!
Firstly we used Fenn Wright to sell our property. The marketing was excellent and we were very pleased with the photos that Daniel took. Our house sold on the first day it went on the market and the team were very efficient in dealing with the offers made and keeping us in the loop at all times.
The property we purchased was also with Fenn Wright, once again we were impressed when shown around by the team and felt we could trust their advice.
We would certainly recommend Fenn Wright to anyone who is thinking of putting their house on the market.

The service from Charley and the team at Fenn Wright was outstanding. It went beyond the core service of selling our property as they sourced a number of tradesmen to maintain/repair things that cropped up and demonstrated a really positive attitude to helping us through the whole sale. I really can't recommend them highly enough
