All of sale from start to finish for Geoffrey Matthew only had one blip. That was the For Sale Board was first put on neighbours opposite fence, then in the top of my front hedge then at the back near the Lane where it was requested, almost! So apart from three communication break downs between the Estate Agent and their Sale board placers every other part of Geoffrey Matthews Estate Agents performance in the sale of my property was excellent!

My sister and I found the team to be so supportive even when we lost ???? our buyer . They made sure it went straight back on with their full support. Also the photos of our late mums and Dads property were amazing.

Highly recommend Geoffrey Matthew estate agents. We had such an easy and smooth experience selling our home. Mark was our main contact with additional help from Lauren and the team. They worked so quickly & efficiently and once they got my house on the market we had so many viewings that week and sold a week later! From start to finish we had sold & moved in less than 6 weeks! They communicated so well and made us feel completely at ease through the whole process. Thank you again Mark and the team!
