We used Geoffrey Mathew to sell our house in Great Ashby. The brochure and photos were excellent and generated a lot of viewings which GM organised and attended. An offer was soon received and accepted. GM provided good liaison between buyer and seller right up to the day of completion.

Do not trust this agency, especially Mark who lead me to believe they would support me in the sale of my flat that had a section 20 on it. He let it rot on their books for over 6 months! When I tried to work with them and find other solutions I was put on loud speaker for the trainee who they had appointed to sell my flat to hear. I explained that the trainee was not making me aware of no shows and this was resulting in me cleaning my flat and standing out side for no reason. The trainee was wasting my time and not communicating with me, her name is Raluca. Cairen was the person who put me on loud speaker for the office to hear without my consent. I was explaining to her that it had been 6 months and I was not getting a very good service, Cairen replied, that’s fine we can not longer serve you. She preferred to lose my business instead of listening to my concerns and offering me a more experienced agent that would communicate with me. When I look into Mark eyes I see a deceitful person, I see someone who lies, I see someone who has no compassion. I feel his actions are fake like the rest of the team. I would use Haart or Taylors in Stevenage. I have worked with all of them over the three years I was trying to sell my flat and those two are the best.

Their professionalism and communication were exceptional, keeping me informed at every step and promptly addressing any concerns that I had. Mark in particular was superb and provided valuable support and guidance throughout. I couldn't recommend Geoffrey Matthew estates any higher and would certainly use them again in future!
