Valuation and marketing appear to be on a par with other local agents, however communication was poor. There were significant delays with the sale of my property, not necessarily due to the agent, but it did place my ongoing purchase in jeopardy. I will say that my sale was transferred to a different branch who dealt with the process much more efficiently and was key in ensuring the sale was completed.

We were first time buyers and had the pleasure of liaising with various colleagues including Tommy and Kasia. Communication was outstanding and we were never left waiting for a response. The process was smooth and stress free and I would highly recommend this branch and the team to anyone looking to buy their first home! We have used Gibbs Gillespie, Northwood, to sell our flat in Northwood. We found them very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable of the local area. They gave, a first class service throughout. AWFUL ESTATE AGENTS, WORST IN THE WHOLE AREA
send you retirement properties, half the time they don't have the correct keys for the property, agents just stand there like a dummy when you go and view the property.
go down the road to coopers who are 100s times better

I had a great experience working with Robbie at Gibbs. We bought our house through Robbie, years ago and ended up selling it through him too. Everything went smoothly, would recommend Gibbs as they do have have a good stock of houses in the area.
