We worked with Jonathan and Emma for a recent property purchase (Godfrey & Barr were representing the seller). Even though they were representing the other party, it showed that they genuinely cared about the transaction and the various parties involved. I have sold 3 properties through Godfrey & Barr and have bought 3 through them as well over the past 15 years .
They are knowledgeable , friendly and most importantly commercially minded and don’t over promise .
They “ do what it says on the tin” and work in their client’s best interests .
If you want an agency who you can trust ( in North West London ) then I can strongly recommend them .
