We had a really positive experience with Godfrey & Barr. Barbara and the team were a delight to work with and helped get the sale over the line in what is a tricky market.<br><br>They were patient and engaged throughout and we appreciate the effort they put in, including the manner in which they handled everything. Very happy to recommend them!

We have found Mill Hill to be abundant with professional, friendly, motivated estate agents. Our experiences of this agency have been the complete opposite. Whilst searching for a rental property, their charming agent couldn't have been colder or more disinterested in her approach towards us. This attitude began when trying to arrange a viewing date. Then at the viewing, when we asked if my 5yo son could desperately use the toilet, she looked at him as though he was something unpleasant and dismissively said no (I appreciate homeowners may be reluctant, but the total lack of compassion and understanding towards a young child was shocking). When we expressed our interest in the property, she gave a vague answer on the moving in date inconsistent with the online date advertised. When we stated we needed assurances on this deadline, she said with a deadpan stare "fair". When I heard nothing in the subsequent days regarding the position on the property, I called up and received another dismissive response of "not sure yet". At that point I lost interest in dealing with this agency again. On a previous phonecall with one of the team, when registering our initial interest and requirements, I was cutoff with the statement "we are only entertaining chain-free buyers". I was surprised that buyers such as ourselves, who were to become chain-free and looking for a permanent family home were treated this way (particularly in the current challenging market). Having now completed on our dream family home, I would not recommend this agent to prospective buyers.

Anything less than 5 stars would be wrong! By far the most professional, competent and attentive Agent & Team selling our Grade 2* house! Well done team ! Takes away all the anxiety and stress of selling! Great attention to detail from a very seasoned experienced team.

I bought a property fro Godfrey & Barr and wished that I had also sold through them. They were efficient and always at hand to help and discuss the purchase. Barbara was particularly efficient. I would highly recommend them.

We selected Godfrey & Barr having looked at numerous estate agents who worked in the Hampstead Garden Suburb area. Frankly their knowledge of the area and the peculiarities of HGS Trust were evident from the first meeting (not so elsewhere). This proved to be extremely helpful during our sale.<br>Our thanks to Jeremy and his entire team.
