We had one viewing in 4 months.
We were promised proactive marketing, but in reality we did all of the chasing. Our phone calls were rarely returned. Therefore we have switched agent.

I was calling the agency for 3 weeks about a flat I saw on their website. I left my name and numbers at least 6 times and I was promised by getting a call once they receive the keys for the property.
Then on the 3rd week I called them again and the property had gone.
Didn't even give me a call that they got the keys.
I think this property was fake. The agency is unreliable... Dissappointing...

The Directors in Birmingham ignored emails sent about news and investment. If the news of huge investment doesn’t suit them, then at the very least they could be courteous enough to let people know, rather than blatantly ignoring several emails sent to two directors and not talking calls (checked and checked again to ensure that the email addresses were correct and got a read message on one as I requested, so they were received). Aim higher as it isn’t very nice and left me feeling like we had done something wrong in approaching you about our investment. As a subscriber of your business it left a sour taste :-(.

Awful. Wouldn't deal with them again even if someone paid me. We rented from them for years with no issues and really trusted them but upon trying to move out of a property and to another estate agents, I was spoken to like rubbish, lied to and had to chase my deposit with no communication from them for 2 months. Glad to be shut of them.

Really down to earth Agents, not pushy at all. I think they have a good team at Bloxwich. Will sometimes even contact you out of their operating hours. Give honest pricing to sell your home too.
