I have rented for many years and lived in various places. Grantley’s has been the most responsive and professional lettings agents and management company that I have experienced. If I had a buy to let, I would use them. I’m really going to miss my chats with Samantha. Hopefully one day I will either rent a place managed by them or, if fortunate enough, have a buy to let that they manage.

I had an excellent experience with this real estate agency from start to finish. Initially, I worked with Jenny and Mark, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. They took the time to understand my needs and guided me every step of the way.
Later on, Samantha Strong took over, and I couldn’t have asked for a better continuation of service. Samantha has been absolutely fantastic—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything went perfectly. She kept me well-informed throughout and handled everything with great care and efficiency.
Overall, the level of service I received was outstanding. The team is professional, approachable, and truly goes above and beyond for their clients. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a renting , letting or selling properties.

The staff at Grantley (Guildford) have always been very professional and helpful. Their communication and response time has always been very prompt, often being with 2 hours of sending an email. Sam S in particular has been very helpful and quick to respond with some recent queries and related actions. Their contractors have been equally impressive.
Would highly recommend their services and certainly the best letting agent I have experienced as a tenant.

We rented a property through Grantley and have just complete our tenancy. The team at the office in Haslemere were very efficient and good at communicating between us and the landlord when any issues arose. I would certainly use them again or chose them to rent out a property that I owned in future.

Would definitely recommend Grantley agency as a tenant. The process of moving in and out was made quite seamless for us. Marta and the staff have been very helpful and quick to respond to needs and queries.
