I cannot recommend Grantley enough. They couldn’t have made the viewing process easier and more appealing to someone wanting to live in a prime property. Charlie is one of the best people (never mind lettings agent) I’ve ever spoken to and had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you ever so much!

I highly recommend Grantley in Godalming for dealing with any house move. Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure our sale went smoothly. We were dealing with a complicated probate case and Jennifer was there every step of the way, offering advice, chasing up and ensuring all parties were kept in the loop. She even found and organised the clearance and cleaning companies and was physically present in the property for these when I couldn't be. She even arranged flowers as a home warming! I'm so grateful I chose Grantley as Jennifer took all the stress away from me and managed it all.

I just viewed a flat for 1350 per month. The letting agent told me to take off my shoes only for my clean socks to have to touch a filthy carpet and very mouldy bathroom (including the floor). Ok I wouldn’t know without viewing, but what got me was the letting agent then said there already been many offers for the flat. That’s the same as the flat being taken. I told her if I knew I wouldn’t have taken half a day off work to view (which I have to make up for). That alone made it a waste of my time. I also emailed the agency about this. Both the letting agent and the agency responded with the same rhetoric that they haven’t sent the offers to the landlord yet and I can compete. You have got to be joking right? Even if I wanted a flat I’m not wasting my time going against loads of applicants. The agency could have least let me know before today so I didn’t lose half a day off work for nothing. If they got loads of offers, why even bother showing the place, it’s misleading.
