Probably one of the worst lettings teams we’ve had the opportunity to interact with. Very unresponsive, very uncooperative, and in general displaying behaviour that is very unprofessional for a company the size of Hamptons. As things stand, I would avoid if given the opportunity.
Update : This review was immediately picked up as you can see from the response below. After emailing Natalie picked up the issue and quickly rectified it. Thank you customer support team for your proactiveness and responsiveness. I have since removed the 1 star.

I’ve recently rented a flat with Hampton West Hampstead and I couldn’t be happier with their service! There haven been few minor issues with the flat and they got it sorted right away! Very responsive and caring through the whole process and after!

Ryan was the best agent I’ve worked with over many years. Not only was he always polite and helpful but he was always on the case pushing things forward when solicitors and others were slow. I’d definitely ask him to sell another property for me.
