Halls handled both my sale and purchase and were helpful and efficient throughout. Communication was excellent, much appreciated during what turned out to be a somewhat lengthy and therefore stressful process. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had a very positive experience with the estate agency. They were professional, reliable, and very easy to communicate with throughout the tenancy.<br><br>They arranged everything promptly and handled any issues efficiently, often resolving matters straight away. The property was well managed, and I always found the team helpful, responsive, and approachable.<br><br>Overall, I am very pleased with their service and would happily recommend them to others. First time moving into my first property for ten year i viewed a property with Harwood Estate agent , i was met with Ellie Smith to view property she was absolutely lovely very helpful answered all my questions, i had a phone call say landlord was interested my whole journey was amazing due to Ellie helped me all the way very supportive , answering my questions and reassuring me all the way very professional and communicate with me all the way my experience moving was 10/10 due to Ellie always there to help and answer my call/email

Unfortunately Halls did not live up to our expectations…over promising and under delivering proved apparent with inaccurate valuation, poor communication and we felt there was only interaction when we initiated it and although that proved helpful initially, it was short lived and the inactivity and lack of interaction continued…
So very disappointed and we will now have to start the process again elsewhere…

The estate agent was helpful and knowledgeable. The photographs were very good. I was kept informed throughout. The property took a while to sell but that was due to location and the local housing market.
