I cannot recommend Hamilton Piers enough. All of the staff I had dealings with were extremely polite professional and friendly at all times. They were always contactable and if not available would always return calls and reply to emails. I would like to say a particular thank you to Roxanne and Sarah at the Chelmsford branch, who were both really lovely people to deal with, and helped keep me almost sane throughout the very stressful process! A huge thank you once again to Hamilton Piers for an outstanding service!

A great experience from start to finish with Hamilton Piers. Tom, Toby and Hedley were excellent. Selling a house can be stressful and not knowing what’s going on makes it even more stressful. That’s not an issue with these guys, they are pro active and kept us informed every step of the way. Communication is key and these guys nailed it. Very easy to deal with, not pushy and listened to us.
Exactly the same with Sarah in sales progression. Listened to us and kept us informed whenever there was an update or even if there wasn’t.
Would recommend without hesitation, thanks to the whole team at Hamilton Piers!

Excellent service from valuation, marketing and sales progression. The whole team work so professionally and efficiently. Even though my first sale fell through it sold again and completed in just over 3 months. It was a pleasure to chat to you all along the way. Thank you all so much.

Very friendly people, however we had no viewings or interest in the time we had them. Our new estate agent got us a viewing within a day of the advert being live.

Fabulous experience with Hamilton Piers. Couldn’t ask for more. Wonderful photograph coverage of our property and so many viewings in just a few days!! Property sold on day 9 and above the asking price too. Roxanne and Toby couldn’t be more helpful and kept us well within the loop of what was going on. Thank you so much.
