Hamilton Piers were fabulous helping us sell our property. Toby at Springfield kept us informed of viewings and gave feedback each time. They sold our house within the week for above the asking price only to have the buyers drop out because of sudden redundancy. Back on the market the next day and again thanks to their input sold within the week. The sales progression team, namely Sarah in our case was helpful and informative throughout the journey. Many thanks and highly recommend!

The team at Hamilton Piers could not have done more for us with our recent house sale. They kept us updated at every opportunity, they went over and above with weekly check ins.
And they sold the property within a few weeks of it being on the market.
Unlike other local estate agents, HP delivered on all promises.
Best estate agent I have ever had dealings with.

Hamilton Piers offered the highest valuation, but there wasn’t much interest at that price unfortunately. Once the sale was agreed they haven’t contacted me about properties on their books that would suit me to purchase which could be explain the minimal interest in my property.

Very happy with the management of our sale and purchase. From the first point of contact there was clear communication and we felt confident in their expertise. Despite a tiny hiccup on our side towards the end Coral went above and beyond ensuring things were completed in time. Would definitely recommend and use again!
