Sarah was amazing throughout our house purchase. She was always friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed support or updates.
The whole transaction from start to finish felt smooth, and thanks to her help we were able to secure our first home. We really appreciate all her efforts.

We used Hamilton Piers in Springfield. I gave 4 stars because I thought the communication between the sales team could have been a bit better when doing tge viewings. Having said that we were overall happy and would recommend them.
I give Sarah in Sales Progression 5 stars because she was brilliant, she always called me back when I had a query or needed an update.

Where do I start, we didnt have an easy ride when it came to buying our new home due to various hiccups at the top of the chain however I cannot fault Hamilton Piers in the slightest.
We originally got in touch with hamilton piers around June 2025 to sell our house with Sasha, which took less then a month. Then unfortunatly due to our buyer having a family illness arise we had to put the house back on the market, and Jade managed to get the house sold in 4 days of it being on the market.
Once being passed over to the sales Progression team, Sarah was an absolute star! Nothing was ever too much, she was calling everyone throughout the chain (she was so far from being a "thats not my job" person) chasing regularly and putting pressure where it was needed. I never had a call or email unresponded to. And 7 months later we are finally into our new home! I would highly recommend Hamilton Piers! And next time, if I could I would buy and sell through Hamilton Piers.
