Sarah Barnard has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Her communication was flawless—she kept me updated every step of the way and couldn’t have been more helpful. We recently sold my deceased fathers property not knowing the area, we saw a few estate agents and decided to go with Hamilton Piers. A very good choice it would turn out to be. Tony was very knowledgeable on the area and advised us well on the selling price, we sold within a few weeks. From then on we worked with Sarah, the sales progressor and I do not have enough nice words to describe her. She kept us updated regularly and helped push things through with the buyers and solicitors and not just on our side of the chain but the whole chain. Without Sarah's involvement, there is no chance we would have settled in the time we did, she was instrumental to the progress and her work was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Hamilton Piers.

We recently completed on our property purchase with Hamilton piers and got the keys on 16th August, it was a very long winded process (due to solicitors and so on) however the whole way through Jenna from the Braintree branch has been fantastic she was very responsive, done regular check ins with us regarding the process and what we needed to do ect and was over all brilliant we were first time buyers and probably asked what might seem silly questions and she was so helpful and explained things simply to us, I would thoroughly recommend them for your sales or purchases, thanks for everything Karlie & Tim

Well what can I say, we're in our new house and settled. I couldn't recommend Hamilton Piers enough, Sacha has been my rock throughout the whole time even before when we were with another agent. Sacha and all the staff are so trustworthy, go above and beyond to support me get everything moving quickly. They managed to sell our house and complete in under 4 months even in this current climate. I was so pleased when I switched from another local agent who filled me with constant lies, tried to badger us in getting another house that he was selling and shouted at me down the phone when I called him out on his lies. Sacha, Faye, Jade and Tony all worked so hard for us and couldn't thank them enough. They are the best estate agents for Braintree, Great Notley and the surrounding areas will certainly be recommending them to everyone ???????? thanks guys x

Exceptional service at all times. Sold my home very quickly then found me a new property too. When my buyer was unable to get a mortgage the whole team worked to resell my home - and they sold it in 4 days. Kept me in the loop throughout the selling and buying process. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to you if buying or selling.
I was delighted that we could use them to buy. We saw other homes but were put off by very pushy estate agents.
I wouldn't use anyone else!!!
