Great service from both our contacts at Malcolm Hawkesford - initially with Rory who we knew was going to be our man on our very first meeting! We liked his friendly, open and honest style, and this continued throughout the sales process. His communication was brilliant - don’t think we ever waited more than an hour for a reply on anything, even at the weekend or when he was on annual leave. And Kimberly’s service was phenomenal. If you need someone to get things done, or solve a problem, she rises to every challenge with humour and vigour. The reason we were able to complete within twelve weeks was down to her, as she is Action Woman!! We would definitely recommend both Rory and Kimberly to anyone buying or selling a property.

Rory and Kimberly have great customer service skills and are lovely people to go with it. During a very emotional time they have both looked after me and any concerns I may have had. Nothing was too much for them.????
