I called to enquire if they have any 3-4 bedroom properties available to rent. The guy who I spoke to was unprofessional and tried to twist talk with me. He had a sort of attitude as if we couldn’t afford a property. How can you even judge without going through our documents if we are eligible or not? And as an agent, your duty should be to understand what your client is trying to say. He didn’t give me any other options and failed to understand what I was saying. I have spoken to other agents and none of them behaved like him. I would never recommend anyone this agency.

Jason Miller has been our agent for 18 months, dealing with the sale of our flat. Throughout this time, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. He has always been available to answer queries, address concerns, and guide us in achieving our goal of selling the property.
Once a buyer was found, Jason kept us thoroughly informed and proactively ensured the buyer's side fulfilled their responsibilities. The process was incredibly stressful at times, but Jason's calm, polite, and can-do attitude was pivotal in ensuring the sale was completed successfully.
Even while on holiday, Jason continued to act on our behalf, promptly responding to my messages and liaising with the buyer. This level of commitment is truly commendable

The agent handling my case, Jason, was incredibly attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. From the initial viewing to explaining the finer details, responding to emails, and guiding me through the referencing process, agreement signing, and check-in, Jason's professionalism and timely responses to any requests or queries I had were exemplary.
Another colleague, Sam, deserves a special mention for his supportive and attentive approach when I contacted the office. It's clear that customer service is a top priority for the Henry Wiltshire team.
I am thoroughly satisfied with the service provided and would gladly rate it 10 out of 10 if the scoring system allowed – but since it doesn't, they definitely deserve a 5 out of 5! I highly recommend Henry Wiltshire for anyone in search of an apartment.

One of the worst estate agents I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with. I found the sales manager named Jason to be rude, aggressive, unprofessional and a bully with the underhanded intimidating tactics
he uses to try and and force people to sell along with his threatening behaviour he has shown towards me causing distress.
Avoid this company.

Sara Hoxha was a God Send from the word go. She went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for, she was always persistent, communicative, professional and polite. Miss Hoxha was not just a letting agent she was someone who showed her human side and wasn't all about making money. She is the type of individual that every organisation needs.

The only issue we encountered after moving in was the fact that the flat hasn’t been cleaned properly but they alongside with Annaya from the management department are already helping to fix it.

Have been using these guys for about a year and unfortunately had a tenant go back to India less than 6 months after moving in. They have been great in handling the transition and quick to find a tenant. I had a few problems with the transition and some associated costs but the key thing is they moved so quick to resolve it (at 9pm!) I highly recommend them as they are the only (dare I say) honest agents I have dealt with! Harry, Kelly, Fiona and Rebecca have been very helpful so far

Fiona was very helpful in assisting us with the letting of our apartment.
She provided us a great level of service and was very polite and professional in her approach.
She was always available to assist us with any questions we had and we found her to be very knowledgeable in rental market.
She managed to secure us professional tenants swiftly and her vetting process was extremely thorough.
