Our property in Cardiff is an amazing house, but quite unique, and thus challenging to market. From the development of the brochure and the superb photographs through to completion, the Team at Hern and Crabtree, Pontcanna, did an absolutely amazing job. They were always responsive, efficient, caring and i helpful. Nothing was too much trouble when it came to making the process as easy as possible for us. Anna, Rhodri, Mitchell, and the Team do regard this as much more than a business: they are people's people and they care about their clients and go the extra mile for them every time. We recommend Hearn and Crabtree, Pontcanna, without reservation!

An amazing estate agent! Professional and friendly staff who really pull out all the stops for their customers. The team are so helpful and Gavin is such a star. Do not use anyone else in Cardiff (my last estate agents were appalling).

Our experience with Hern & Crabtree can only be described as first class. The staff we delt with were very friendly and very helpful in all enquiries we had. Nothing was too much trouble. I would especially give praise to Gavin & Gina who helped us with the sale of our property. Excellent service all round and would definitely recommend Herb & Crabtree to anybody who is selling or buying a property.

Previously put my home on the market with a different Estate Agent before removing it for sale and then thoroughly researching the local Estate Agents , Hearn & Crabtree visited my home and from the moment we spoke and I was shown how my property would be advertised I had no concerns whatsoever that I had found the right Estate Agents to sell my property .
My local branch have been amazing ,
everything such as their costs were clearly explained and transparent , communication between myself and the office was exceptional and at all times friendly , viewings of my property went like clockwork and within 3 weeks I had an exceptable offer on my property and my property is now sold .
I can highly recommend Hearn & Crabtree Estate Agents whom have been absolutely professional throughout the whole process , it's actually been a pleasure working with them .
