As a rather inexperienced, accidental landlord I needed advice and expertise so I turned to Hilton, King &Locke and I am very glad I did.
Jenny, Anna and Wendy are an amazing team. I have 2 properties rented, fully managed with them and the service is brilliant. I took their advice before refurbishing both properties and let them find and vet tenants. They have saved me money and greatly reduced the stress involved, their wealth of experience and expertise gives me great peace of mind, especially given all the recent changes to the rental market.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Rebecca looked after us professionally throughout the entire process, and with her caring and cheerful nature she made the experience of buying a house much easier.

I recently used HKL when selling my home and wanted to highlight how wonderful their Move Manager Rebecca Morley has been. Through no fault of our own it was quite a difficult sale, but Rebecca stepped in and made it as easy as she possibly could. I don’t think we would have reached the end of the sale this quickly without her proactive work ethic, determination and support she provided us. Rebecca went above and beyond at every step and she is an absolute credit to HKL. I will always remember the positive impact she had on this sale and this time in our lives. Thank you Rebecca!!

Such an amazing team at hilton king and locke (specifically Jenny and Anna!)
My year long tenancy went as smooth as can be (signing contracts, viewings and move out). I could not think of anything they could improve on??
