Exceptional From Start to Finish HJC was recommended to us by a friend who had recently sold a property in the area, and I’m so grateful we took her advice. From the very beginning, the whole team made the process of selling our home feel incredibly well managed and we always felt we were in safe hands. A special mention has to go to Jordan, who was exceptional in every respect. Friendly, attentive, responsive, flexible, considerate and understanding – perhaps not all words you’d traditionally associate with an estate agent! – he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He kept us informed throughout, was always available when we needed him and approached every stage of the sale with professionalism, patience and good humour. Suzanne and Nicky were equally attentive and well informed, so whoever we spoke to knew exactly what was happening with our sale. It felt like a genuinely joined-up team effort from start to finish. Myself and my partner recently purchased a flat through HJC. Both Nicky and Suzanne were great agents to work on buying the flat from the seller. They met us many times for viewings, helpful in communicating with all parties to help clear any bottlenecks and were both available to discuss over the phone and email if we had any issues. My mum recently purchased a leasehold flat through HJC. Whilst we are aware that an estate agent primarily acts for the seller, we felt very well looked after. Nicky and Suzanne were excellent throughout the process, keeping us informed, proactively assisting to resolve a number of tricky issues and showing great empathy (not something that can be said about all estate agents)!
