We had 2 lead managers over the selling period & both were very approachable, realistic & helpful, always responding to queries in a timely manner.
Communication between them, the buyer & ourselves went very smoothly. Solicitors on both sides were a little sticky at times!
I would definitely recommend them to others, in fact we are using them again shortly.

No communication. Vastly inflated valuation. No knowledge of other properties marketed in same area. Property not secured after viewings and lights left on. No knowledge of property so potential purchases given incorrect info. Overall terrible service and agents just speaking estate agents talk with no substance behind it.

Had agreed time and day for an agent from bingley to do property valuation the gentleman from office rang to say his car is in garage can't make it today but he said next week not very promising agent took time of work
