The agent arrived 10 minutes late to the viewing and, unfortunately, seemed to know very little about the property. Communication has also been very poor. Since making the enquiry, I’ve received six cold calls from their office in just two days, which has felt excessive and intrusive. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I would expect from a professional estate agent.

Everyone I spoke to at Holroyds was really lovely, polite and professional. I have to give huge thanks to Nat though, who I believe went above and beyond on completion day. I'm a first time buyer, the process had been smooth with no issue until completion day. The solicitors were still going backwards and forwards until the absolute final hour. I was struggling to get hold of mine, or an actual follow up on a promise of a return phone call. Nat was so patient and tolerant of me and my anxieties, he offered reassurance and kept me up to date all day. He did a lot of chasing up and at 5.15pm, I was able to collect my keys. Can't thank him enough.<br>Not a process I particularly want to go through again but if I did, I'd be straight back to Holroyds at Bingley.
