It's taken me a while to be able to post this review. Tony and his team sold my mum's house after she passed away in January. All I did was sign papers and pay a very reasonable bill; they did the rest. It was a great relief not to have to do viewings and the house was sold in one week. A big thank you to all.

Recently sold and bought a house with Home Connexions and can't speak highly enough.<br><br>We shopped around for an estate agent initially, and met with Tony from Home Connexions, who clearly understood the property market/sales, but didn't come across too pressuring.<br><br>After signing, Tony made sure we got a strong valuation for our house, the team got it on the market within a week and arranged and had their agents carry out our viewings (punctual, never missed a viewing, unlike Countrywide, who I had previously used) The organisation was great, they followed up and provided prompt feedback, so we weren't left wondering at any stage.<br><br>We were most impressed with the communication from the ladies in the office, who are an asset to the company. Even after we had accepted an offer, Karen helped with us keep track of our chain by communicating on our behalf with some queries we had, coming back to us with information right away. Any time I called or emailed, nothing felt too much hassle or bother despite them being busy.<br><br>I generally don't go out my way to write reviews but they absolutely earned it so if we ever buy or sell again, there's no question I would use this company.

Home Connexions sold my house quickly and made everything very low stress. Everyone has been polite, professional, hard working and very helpful. I have dealt with a number of Estate Agents over the years and many of them could learn from this amazing team.

Tony and the team provide a solid, knowledgable service without the associated pestering you'd normally get. Not sold our house with them yet but the advice provided to get us on track has been great so far. Fair pricing.
