Not up to the mark by any standards, the lettings department. When you call them to give a true feedback they usually become aggressive and hostile.<br><br>Update July 2026 - I have revised my review rating to 3 stars from 1 star just because of the individual brilliancy of Cristina Gaibani. Cristina is very engaging, ethical and sensitive to tenants' concerns, which is a welcome change from the standard erratic, unfriendly, unethical and stubborn way of the rest of the Hurst Lettings team.

Kieran and the team at Hursts were fantastic throughout the sale of our house. It took some time to get a sale over the line, but they were patient and respectful the whole way through, and it was clear they were working tirelessly behind the scenes to make it happen. I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Hurst Estate Agents High Wycombe, and I want to give a special shout out to Lewis Davies, who was genuinely remarkable throughout the entire process. After a terrible experience with a bigger estate agent (C****lls), Lewis, Keeva and the team completely restored my faith.<br><br>From day one, the professionalism was outstanding. The photography was incredible, it showcased my flat beautifully and made it stand out straight away. Communication around viewings was clear, organised and always timely, which made everything feel smooth and stress free.<br><br>What I appreciated most was the honesty. No ridiculous fake marketing strategies, no unnecessary value reductions, no pressure tactics. Everything was marketed appropriately, priced correctly, and the flat sold in no time.<br><br>Lewis, Keeva and the team were friendly, supportive and on the ball. I honestly can’t express how amazing Hurst have been throughout the process of buying my first home.
