We had such a fantastic experience with Morgan from start to finish. Buying a home can be stressful, but Morgan made the whole process feel smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable.

Tash has always been very good at communicating and coordinating to resolve issues. This week Tash really excelled herself, with a tenancy change and a gap of only a week, between outgoing and incoming tenants and some maintenance issues identified on through the checkout report, Tash swiftly acted on resolving them, by efficiently communicating between me, the landlord, the maintenance service provider and the new incoming tenant. Decisions reached Tash arranged for the works to be completed tomorrow (9th Jan) ready for the new tenants moving in early next week. Great execution Tash and win win for all - happy days, for all concerned!
