I am a first time buyer, Penny was the first (and only) estate agent i have been involved with. Penny has been absolutely fantastic throughout this whole process, she has been so supportive and no question was too stupid!! She made herself available to answer any questions I had to reassure me on anything I was unsure off which was amazing!! . She is very approachable and knowledgeable and I could not have been able to purchase the property without her guidance. I throughly recommend Penny to anyone interested in a purchasing a property, she has made this process as stressless as possible and I have the highest regards for her dedication and work ethic, she could not have done more for me if she tried.
