Would highly recomend Dan and Neil. I worked with Neil during the purchase of my property throughout he was friendly, informative and professional.
Being able to communicate via whatsapp at anytime was great and Neil answered any queries quickly which helped reduce stress as throughout I was informed where we were in the process. He was alsi able to recommend a good surveyor and solicitors.
Having dealt with other estate agents they are a night and day in how they market, communicate and see the pricess through.

I first met Georgina at a Ribbons Networking event and as I had recently lost my brother and needed to sell his flat I engaged Georgina and her colleague Sarah to manage the sale for me. I have to say, the level of professionalism, advice and most importantly communication was better than any I had experienced with previous property transactions. From house clearance recommendations to presentation tips right through to negotiations with multiple interested buyers I couldn't fault things. And to top it all I got more than the asking price. Highly recommended!

We used Dan and Neil from Avacado - we dealt with Neil. He actually came to value our house about 12-18 months before we decided to sell the house. We'd seen a lot of their content on Social Media before and we'd also seen lots of our neighbours selling via them. They were not the cheapest, however we made the decision that we wanted the best service etc. Neil was great in terms of communication, and importantly he was able to deliver on what he said would happen. Our sale was not easy - with the chain breaking down at the last minute - but at no point did Neil suggest reducing the price and was able to get people in to view again - he managed our expectations well and was also able to offer some advice when we were negotiating on the house we wanted to buy.
Have recommended them to other neighbors and really pleased with the overall package / service end to end.

Pooja and Andy have been absolutely fantastic. They combine professionalism with genuine care, making the whole rental process seamless. Pooja has been there every step of the way, addressing any concerns quickly and always with a friendly attitude. I cannot praise Avocado enough for the exceptional service.

Pooja was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful, professional and more supportive. She made our move incredibly smooth and was always at the end of the phone.

I have recently rented a property with Avocado and we have had the odd problem here and there however Stuart and Pooja have been amazing in getting everything sorted as soon as possible. The communication and understanding from them both have been 10/10. I would definitely recommend Avocado to family and friends in the future.

Avocado properties is an amazing company who, do not just care, but they go the extra, not just 1 mile, but the extra 5 miles! I moved into one of their properties and the service has been incredible.
Pooja, who I am dealing with, sets the standard on Customer Care and Customer Service! She is incredibly helpful, and demonstrates ownership. She is a problem-solver, very humble, and amazingly quick to respond. A rarely found talent!

Ricky was a fantastic help and as first time buyers he guided us along the way! He kept us regularly updated with progress and was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. He was really friendly and easy to talk to which made what could of been a daunting experience much better. Would 100% recommend Ricky and Avocado Property.

I recently rented a house with Avocado Property and Andy and Pooja have been very professional and very helpful throughout the renting process. I had some minor maintenance work at the property that needed to be looked into and Pooja was quick to get it all sorted without any delays.
Also one evening I happened to lock myself out of the house by accident and I rang Pooja who assured me not to worry and she personally drove to the property with the spare keys and let me in.
This incident just shows how dedicated Pooja and the team at Avocado Property are towards their customers.
I would 100% recommend this agency to my family and friends.
