I cannot speak highly enough about Robert and the team at Jackson Stops. Over the course of the 10 months(!) that it has taken for us to both sell and purchase, the team have been knowledgeable, informative, excellent at communicating and so helpful. We have needed a good sense of humour and a lot of determination to get through the process and Jackson Stops have stepped up to the plate every time. Robert has gone above and beyond with this transaction and is always at the end of the phone. Law, Geraldine and Nicholas have been so friendly, helpful and easy to deal with, I have been so impressed with the service and support they’ve offered us throughout this time. Thank you guys!

Delighted with the service provided by JSS Woking who found a great tenant for our Woking property within a week of marketing. We also benefit from the excellent personal service from Law Clark for the ongoing lettings management, which puts some other local agents to shame based upon our past experience. Robert and Law in Jackson-Stops Woking have provided a truly exceptional rental and property management service to us for our flat in Woking. They went out of their way to market the property as quickly as possible, lining up 10 viewings within a couple of days and providing comprehensive information about prospective tenants - all who seemed to be strong candidates. We are delighted with our new tenants, who experienced a few teething problems with appliances when they first moved in; Law has been truly outstanding in dealing with these issues and keeping us informed along the way. We cannot recommend the team highly enough.

Despite an ultimately unsuccessful attempt to purchase a property, I cannot speak highly enough of both Robert and Craig who supported us over a period of six (yes, six!) months to try and make this happen - our failure to secure the property was certainly not down to their combined efforts. They really couldn't have done anything more to help us and we will keep in touch with them whilst we continue our search for a new home... onwards and upwards!

Jackson-Stops Woking acted on behalf of the property that we purchased in July 2022. Every member of staff that we encountered was extremely helpful and highly professional! Robert in particular was dealing with our purchase (acting on behalf of the seller) and no ask was to much, to the point where he was managing the expectations of our buyer and taking several calls a week from them (despite not acting for us on our sale) which kept the chain in tact and allowed all parties to complete.
I would highly recommend Jackson Stops and I will 100% use them should we ever sell our home in the future.

Robert Butterworth at Jackson-Stops handled the sale of my elderly mother's house in December. He could not have done a better job. Not only did the sale process go as quickly and easily as is realistically possible, but throughout it all he made sure that viewings etc were timed to take account of my mother's needs, and went out his way to provide support and reassurrance to her. He does his profession proud.
