Hi all, I want to leave a review for the James Dean agency, especially for Miss Elle, who followed my process to rent the apartment where I live. Elle has helped me immensely, being very clear and precise with every detail. The apartment was cleaned in detail before I moved in, for every question I had they were very correct both in phone conversations and emails. I am very happy that I rented the house with this agency, I think they are very correct and serious. I suggest you with your eyes closed. Thank you Elleeee????

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with JamesDean! Brad who showed me around during my viewing so kind, helpful and understanding. Blake who handled the process from referencing to Actually getting me moved in was Phenomenal! Absolute top Bloke and very professional! I highly recommend Using JamesDean! They're impressively impeccable, friendly and very professional. It's a 10/10 from me ????????

Outstanding service from Rob at JamesDean. Secured us an above-asking-price on the house, and shepparded us through the process and the inevitable hiccups. Polite, prompt and great communication throughout the time. Highly recommend Rob and the team. Marginally more expensive than the other Estate Agent in Horley I contacted, but I am very glad I went with JamesDean.

I just want to first of all pass on my eternal thanks to JOHN FREEMAN.
He went above and beyond in his service to me as I was selling my property in Horley he sells property's within days he's well presented kind compassionate and shows empathy.
It was a long drawn process however but NOT JOHNS FAULT as the first buyer seemed genuine unfortunately let john and me and legal side down.HOWEVER No sooner it was back on the market he sold it within 2 days.
Such an incredibly talented man here you have working for you as stated very kind considerate empathy aswell and as I had to sell my property due to my health.
I WOULD NOT ONLY RECCOMMEND JOHN 100% BUT 110%
JAMES DEAN HIGH MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTE OF THIS AND HOLD ON TO HIM.

I have been searching for a home for me and my family to move into for over 8 months. I have spoken to and done several viewings with different agencies and found myself constantly disappointed with the information given about the property. However James Dean made the process so easy. I was in my property in a week from viewing. Elle has been one of the best agents I have met and extremely easy to work with and always available to speak to if I had any queries. I dealt with several different members of staff over the time it took to finalise the sale of my late stepmother's property. All were highly professional and replied promptly to my communications. I think the original valuation was quite bullish but the service provided was really great value for money.
