My wife and I had done a good few viewings before meeting Brad from JamesDean. And while our other experiences were pleasant enough, JamesDean knocked it out the park. Brad was more than just business-as-usual. He was also quite thorough and transparent about the background and landlady.
We absolutely loved the property and went ahead with tenancy. Brad kept up prompt communications throughout the process. Even when we had questions on the progress of the 3rd party referencing agency, he was quick to look into it and kept us well-informed. The process was all-around smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend JamesDean, 5-star rating without a doubt.

Had used James Dean previously to buy a property some years ago, and received an excellent service so they were an obvious choice when it came to selling the property, and we were definitely not disappointed. John made the process very easy and worked hard to find us a buyer at a price we were more than happy with, he also kept us fully up to date at every stage of the process, so many thanks again, job well done.
