It was my very first time working with JamesDean to find a place to live. We can only say good things about JamesDean. They were very professional from beginning to end. Blake was a very helpful young man who showed very good range of knowledge about the property market. John was also very good as he displayed professionalism and had numbers ready for us when we came to talk to him about what we thought was a slight over priced property. He advised us accordingly and we appreciated his expertise very much.<br>We also dealt with Samantha (sales progressor), Jack and Rob. All of them very helpful and went beyond to help us with our slow (no chain) purchase progression (not their fault!).<br>So, we would definitely recommend JamesDean and their team. They were extremely good. Thanks JamesDean!

Two words: Hire them.<br>Another two words: See John.<br>And another two words: No regrets.<br><br>I could not recommend James Dean highly enough. They’ve completely changed my (very outdated) opinion of house selling / buying and I could not be more grateful for their support through what was a more complex sale than we originally thought! They have the relationships and the know-how, which is a hard-to-find combo, but it’s the only one that will get you where you need to be. Big love and thanks to John and his team, because when it comes down to it, they made my dreams come true!

Excellent customer service. We sold our flat through them and brought a property through them. Blake was really good and very personable and had excellent communication skills. Rob and Samantha also kept us upto date during the process. All were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend James Dean highly.

The folks over at James Dean are friendly and professional. They know their market inside out, gave me a good valuation, arranged several viewings and we had an offer close to the asking price in only 3 weeks. Happy to recommend this company! (N.B. We have not yet completed as the Brecon property market has been very busy with longer waits than usual for surveyors and solicitors.)
