We have had excellent service from James and James from start to finish. It was certainly not an easy ride, with a broken chain , a flakey rogue valuer and what seemed like endless little set backs. All of this was skilfully managed by Nick. He is a terrier of estate agents and kept the show on the road even when it was looking bleak. Excellent service from start to finish and in between too !! Clear guidance given to the process and costs. Feedback given after each viewing in a timely way. Staff brilliant and courteous at all times, they supported us as a family throughout a challenging time for us all.
