I’m very disappointed with my experience with this agency. I contacted them about a property almost immediately after it was listed and received no response for over a week. After the bank holiday weekend, I called to follow up because there was an open house viewing scheduled and we were genuinely very interested in the property.
The first person I spoke to told me they would get back to me, but nobody ever did. I called again later that same day and unfortunately the second agent seemed completely uninterested and unable to answer even the most basic questions about the property or viewing process. I understand not every staff member will know every detail instantly, but I would at least expect some professionalism, communication, and willingness to help. It honestly felt like speaking to someone who simply did not care. I find it concerning that an agency representing properties cannot provide basic information to serious potential tenants/buyers.
In the end, nobody followed up with me by phone or message despite promising to do so. Very poor communication and customer service overall.
I very rarely leave reviews, whether positive or negative, so for me to take the time to write this says a lot about how disappointing this experience was.

Highly recommend James and James estate agents. We sold our house and brought our new home with the help from Nick who has been amazing. So professional, great communication skills, and such a help along the way. Nothing seemed to big or small and always very keen to get things moving smoothly. Thank you again. 5* all the way
