I dealt with Nick Smith on the recent purchase of a property in Ferring and have to say the service has been excellent from start to finish. Nick regularly chased solicitors on both sides and kept me well informed. Thank you Nick for the excellent service. I cannot recommend them enough.

Everyone at James & James worked hard to get and follow through as many viewings as possible. We sold through James & James and Zoe was excellent at communicating with us and our buyers questions. The photo's put together for the sale of the property were excellent and the commission rate competitive. I would recommend James & James.

As a buyer I can't recommend James & James enough. Nick Smith was a pleasure to deal with, he was very personable, fast acting and knowledgable. It was like night and day compared to another very popular Worthing estate agent (which I won't name) who grossly inflate their prices (they overvalued our Brighton home by £100k) and tried to use underhand tactics to increase our bid on another property previously.<br>We think we have bought our forever home, but if we move again we'll 100% contact James & James first to sell our home.
