We have just had to sell a flat via auction which is a completely alien experience for us but Maria Pagonessa at Jeffrey Ross went completely above and beyond anything we could have hoped for helping gather all the information and forms required and explaining what we needed to do. Maddie Parker was brilliant to work with and went the extra mile to keep us updated, guide us through the sales process, reassure us, and chase other parties involved to get us the completion date we needed. I am not sure we would have got the sale through as quickly as we did without her expertise and passion to get the job done!

Easiest process I've had in terms of renting a new home and always come back to me fairly quickly

We interviewed 4 estate agents the agent from Jeffrey Ross arrived on time was very knowledgeable regarding the area. His report was with us within 90 minutes. He returned the next day after a short chat he got the the job. He is in regular contact and the house is now under offer!

Communication wasn't the easiest, and I often didn't hear from them for weeks. When I rang and asked to be called back, it took four or five days to get a response. I was never really sure what their marketing strategy was, apart from the usual online listings, so I didn't know to how to move forward when it wasn't selling. It outcome wasn't successful, although I know the market is difficult at the moment.
