Was shown around potential new rental property by Aron. Very courteous chap, called ahead on the day to confirm the viewing, arrived punctually so that I didn't have to wait, answered all of my questions at the time, and assisted with passing my details on the landlord. I am now in the process of agreeing a formal contract at the property. Overall efficient and helpful service from this Estate Agents, and staff to match.

Unfortunately a poor experience before even getting your foot in the door. Dealt with Aron, but wish I hadn't. Unprofessional and unresponsive. I said I was interested in submitting an offer, and enquired as to the process but then heard nothing. When I expressed my displeasure with receiving no contact for 3 days he responded with "sorry for not replying straight after the viewing". It is obviously concerning that he has not realised responding to letting enquiries is his job, and a passive aggressive response in a professional environment is unacceptable. He also informed me he submitted my offer and it was overlooked for someone else, didn't even get to the point of giving him an offer to submit though... because I'd been aired...
Edit: Since posting I've since received a call from Aron to apologise and give assurances the procedures were followed.

Great service, puts me at ease knowing that Jeffrey Ross consistently provides excellent services and I know that when any issues arises which need urgent attention, it is dealt with promptly and effectively at minimal cost and effort.
Thank you to the Property & maintenance team especially as take care of all issues whether small or large effectively with regular updates and always at the best interest of tenants and landlord.

We interviewed 4 estate agents the agent from Jeffrey Ross arrived on time was very knowledgeable regarding the area. His report was with us within 90 minutes. He returned the next day after a short chat he got the the job. He is in regular contact and the house is now under offer!

Made a stressful experience much easier. Nothing was too much trouble when contacting office and Sarah Francis kept me informed at all times, more than solicitors did ! Would also like to mention Lewis Manners and Sarah Bunting for their professionalism and always returning my numerous phone calls.
