Would highly recommend Leanne at JonSimon to sell your home. From initially meeting Leanne at valuation she gave a true and realistic approach to selling our home, she knew all the current market trends and gave us the best advice. She booked us in quickly for photos and marketed the property the same day. Once we agreed an offer Leanne followed up weekly with updates from solicitors, buyers and helped speed things along. We are so grateful for everything and we are now in our forever home thanks to Leanne! Night recommend! Mr and Mrs Bradshaw x

We saw a house we loved and Leanne shown us around, our house weren't on the market however Leanne came around the same day to value ours and within a day we was on the market with viewings and an offer on the table. From start to finish Leanne sold our family home and got more than we expected, we also bought our new home with Leanne. Communication exceeded our expectations from start to finish! Would highly recommend Leanne to buy or sell your home! Thank you again.

We recently bought a house from JonSimon Radcliffe. Leanne was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, dealt with our offer promptly, responded to all of our queries and really helped push the sale along with solicitors, without Leanne's help we would never have completed on the sale this quick! Would definitely sell our home with Leanne and recommend her services to any potential buyers! thank you again

Wasted my time completely and gave false hopes. Best way I can call it is delusional thinking from the director of the branch and the estate agent. Honestly I'm shocked how people can think like this. I would and will avoid their service in the future

Worst agency we've dealt with. Went to see one of their properties to let. I was happy with it and wanted to proceed. They had other viewings and after a few hours gave us a phone call saying landlord chose us. The very same day we filled the forms and next day they tell us we can't get the house anymore because we are self employed and currently live in North East and wanting to relocate to North West and that's why it isn't secure income. We wanted to pay for full 6 months, later on even offered to cover 12 months. But those people FAILED to understand that we have £30,000 in the bank account and also another £115,000 pending as we are getting this money after the sale of our house in the bank account. £145,000 cash was not enough to rent us a house because we don't have secured jobs. Absolutely waste of time. Not only they posted the property I wanted a week prior to viewings (it was empty for more than a week until they started doing viewings). So think twice before you decide to let this agency deal with your property or you want to rent from them. 7 hours on the road wasted completely and the disappointment we had to experience because of this agency. AVOID.

Fantastic service yet again from the team at JonSimon. Having sold two previous properties with them and always receiving great advice, they were my immediate go-to when we decided to sell a rental property we have had for a number of years. They are always happy to help with any enquiries and provide valuable advice. Michael, a local guy from Ramsbottom, has excellent local area knowledge. Thank you to Lauren for conducting the viewings and handling my calls and emails. Would highly recommend! to anyone thinking of selling.
