We have been working with Joplings for the last couple of years and in particular for a large project of 40 let only units in Thirsk where we used them as our chosen agents.
Alicia was our point of contact and was always very professional, quick to respond and found us tenants for the units much quicker than we anticipated.
We would definitley use Joplings again for any future units that become void and we were really impressed with Alicia and the team.

My advice would be not to use Joplings as an estate agent. I asked Joplings to rent a house out for me and they only took a £100 holding deposit, not the week rent that I was entitled to under the new laws. When the tenant decided not to take the house at the last minute (after waiting for them for six weeks) Joplings made the unilateral decision not to return the holding deposit back to me and said they would return it to the prospective tenant instead. This shows a lack of respect and concern for the rights of their customers.
