I would highly recommend Keatings Estates to anyone. Simon, Jade and Tabby have been so helpful and responsive throughout every stage of my home-buying process. We were dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor on the seller’s side and they were incredibly proactive in chasing and providing information to all parties. As a first-time buyer, I had hundreds of questions which they always answered quickly and in such a friendly manner. Every single person across the rest of the team has also been excellent whenever I have called. Thank you, all!!

Great experience with this agent.Lewis and his team are well acquainted with the Brixton property market.Due to the sheer volume of transactions within the area they know how to realistically price for a sale.Tabby was a stand out in our sales procedure and nothing was too much trouble,going beyond what I would expect.Whilst this was not a quick sale,the whole team at Keatings worked as one to make it happen.

We had an excellent experience working with Tabby and Christiaan to purchase a flat — they were both highly communicative, responsive, and proactive. It ended up being a challenging transaction (for reasons beyond their control) and they did a great job of following up issues and pushing for the sale to complete in a timely manner. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We recently purchased our first home through Keating Estates Clapham and had a great experience throughout.<br><br>A special thank you to Simon, who was fantastic during the early stages of our search, viewings and offer, and to Kayleigh, who was absolutely brilliant in the final stages of the transaction. GetAgent recommended Keatings, which we may not have thought of. They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.
