Highly recommended. Great advice, fair fee. The team worked its contacts, quickly found new buyers after the first ones left us in the lurch, and negotiated an offer over the asking price. Would not hesitate to use them again -- and with no tie-in period, as a seller you can't really lose.

I had a great experience with Keating Estates selling our flat in Herne Hill. They were helpful and responsive and fair. Lewis Carpenter did a great job looking after us at the start and came up with a sensible valuation and pricing strategy. Kayleigh Quigley was great managing us through the sales process itself. She was very responsive transparent in dealings with the buyer and helped us manage a couple of tricky curved balls that came up in the process. All in all a very good experience.

Keatings were really helpful during the tenancy process. We were able to view quickly and they were helpful during the offer process and we feel we got a great deal on our flat. We particularly found Sandra and Sophia great.
