I had a very positive experience with Ketons. Gosia was extremely professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process, answering all my questions and queries promptly and clearly.<br>The property was exactly as advertised, if not even better in person, which made the experience even more positive. It is refreshing to deal with an estate agent who is professional, transparent and attentive to their clients’ needs.<br>A big thank you to Gosia for her excellent service. As a first time buyer, I did not expect the estate agents to be the most helpful people in getting the purchase across the line - but Beatrice Rogers and Max Colley at Keatons were exactly that!<br><br>Max was really helpful and responsive and organised multiple further viewings so I could see the property again throughout the process. Beatrice was absolutely formidable in chasing both sets of solicitors and getting things moving when we were facing tight deadlines. I always felt that she was doing everything possible to get the sale completed. I cannot thank them both enough!

Highly professional people who have knowledge and skills to work with both sides, the seller and the buyers. I have been very impressed with the way they communicated with me before and after each viewing. I have received the feedback from the potential buyer soon after the viewing and was kept updated from the start to the end.
