The initial agent was very efficient but told me the higher price to get me on board then kept asking me to drop the price. Once I signed up they left me with trainees/inexperienced agents that couldn’t even answer questions the potential buyers had.
I ended up moving to Highcastle Estates instead as they were far more committed to the process and in the end I sold it for more than Keatons final suggestion (but less than there initial valuation)

My property manager Argenta is really lovely and helpful, she’s great at assisting with any issues I’m having in the property & super
proactive. Herself & a colleague Tariq both visited because I was having an issue in my property and they came to resolve themselves. Much appreciated!

Highly professional people who have knowledge and skills to work with both sides, the seller and the buyers. I have been very impressed with the way they communicated with me before and after each viewing. I have received the feedback from the potential buyer soon after the viewing and was kept updated from the start to the end.
