Unfortunately, as I need to give the 1 star review based on the experience I have experienced with Keatons. Originally I contacted with Keatons for potential of selling my flat in May 2026. I made it clear at the beginning, my target completion date will be late 2026 and beginning of 2027. And I have agreed the fee at May 2026. However, when I come back to Keatons in July 2026, I have been told by the new director the previous fee can not be honoured and they can only do the deal at much higher fee. And no explanation is given despite I have tried to communicate.

My partner and I are moving in together and Joel was really helpful in finding out first rental flat. He helped ensure we were able to attend the viewing and kept us informed of the whole process from viewing to offer acceptance. We had a tight turnaround due to going on holiday so Joel made himself very available to answer any last minute questions. Would strongly recommend.

One of the best agencies out there. A special thanks to Joel, who arranged a viewing at short notice and guided us through the entire process. He even took the time to help us during his holiday, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Keeley Shaw and David Roderick at Keaton’s Wanstead are very professional and offered a very good service. I would recommend to others in Snaresbrook. They helped me maximise the value for a sale but also helped me to adjust course quickly as market conditions changed and my chain fell through and now I’m going to use them for rental. They always wanted the best for me. Their Office and website are all good.
