The initial agent was very efficient but told me the higher price to get me on board then kept asking me to drop the price. Once I signed up they left me with trainees/inexperienced agents that couldn’t even answer questions the potential buyers had.
I ended up moving to Highcastle Estates instead as they were far more committed to the process and in the end I sold it for more than Keatons final suggestion (but less than there initial valuation)

My property manager Argenta is really lovely and helpful, she’s great at assisting with any issues I’m having in the property & super
proactive. Herself & a colleague Tariq both visited because I was having an issue in my property and they came to resolve themselves. Much appreciated!

Keeley Shaw and David Roderick at Keaton’s Wanstead are very professional and offered a very good service. I would recommend to others in Snaresbrook. They helped me maximise the value for a sale but also helped me to adjust course quickly as market conditions changed and my chain fell through and now I’m going to use them for rental. They always wanted the best for me. Their Office and website are all good.
