Whilst the actual sale cannot be completed until Probate is granted, Keatons explained this to buyers who are prepared to wait a reasonable time. They are polite and easy to talk to and their knowledge of the area the property is in is exceptional. This guided the price the property was marketed at and led to a reasonable offer which I accepted. Top notch people to deal with which is reassuring especially as I live many mils from the property!

Keeley Shaw and David Roderick at Keaton’s Wanstead are very professional and offered a very good service. I would recommend to others in Snaresbrook. They helped me maximise the value for a sale but also helped me to adjust course quickly as market conditions changed and my chain fell through and now I’m going to use them for rental. They always wanted the best for me. Their Office and website are all good.
