We completed on the sale of our home today. James at the Kelvedon Hatch Village Office handled the sale from beginning to end. He was absolutely brilliant. I've tried to think of something negative for the sake of balance. The best I've got is . . . he took a week's holiday.

Excellent service all round. For an elderly seller it has felt so important to have such a high level of reassurance and wonderful communication from Chris and the whole team. Questions have been answered rapidly and we have never felt that it wasn't a priority to get out house sold.
