We are currently using Kent Residential for a private letting . The process so far has been straightforward with no dramas .
Simona has been great keeping us well informed on what is going on with great communications .
The only negative is the referencing agent they use they can be a little persistent with trying to sell you extras like removals , contents insurance etc .
Other than that I would really recommend Kent residential if You are looking to let or buy a property

I have been texting with Karen Noakes and I have had very prompt responses. Same day within a couple of hours. Karen comes accross as warm friendly but professional. So I'm very very pleased and glad that Karen is on our team. . Thank you Karen ?????? Louise.
