We used Lanes Estate Agents to sell our house in Hatfield. We found a property we wanted to buy so needed to move quickly. They had photos and all the necessary admin done super efficiently, our house was advertised and online within a week. On top of that they organized all the viewings on the same day, and we received 3 offers within few days. They did a great job negotiating with the potential buyers and getting us an offer we wanted. Through the sale process they communicated extremely well, kept us updated with the situation on the buyers side and chased solicitors multiple times to speed up the process. I could not recommend them more! Great to work with!

We originally put up our flat with Lanes back in Summer of 2023....after a not great experience we took our flat down at Christmas! We decided to give them another chance and went back with them in April after being reassured that this time would be better! Within 2 months our flat was sold! Communication has been great, Kevin has been very supportive of us (even in situations out of our control) and has always been open and honest! Thank you very much for the past few months! It's been a journey! Would recommend ????
