From start to finish, the entire process was handled professionally, efficiently and with genuine friendliness. Selling a family property can be a challenging and emotional experience, but the team made everything straightforward and stress-free.

We used Leonards in the past and we decided to use them again for a sale. We chose them because of how good they were last time.
Sue and her team were brilliant throughout the process as they were the previous time. Sue keeps you updated through the process, answer any questions promptly and keeps the ball moving.
I couldn’t recommend them enough at Leonards on Holderness Road. They have been excellent for us.

Exemplary Service from Start to Finish!
From our very first interaction to the final completion, the team at Leonards provided a truly exceptional experience. Having previously dealt with several other local agents for viewings, I can confidently say that none matched the warmth and professionalism found here.
Both receptionists I spoke with during my home purchase wereincredibly kind and helpful. The Sales Manager was a standout as she was consistently brilliant and proactive in keeping me updated at every milestone - First time buyer so this was very much appreciated! For viewings they were remarkably accommodating, allowing me to revisit the property several times after my offer was accepted without any hesitation to take measurements and look at further bits and pieces etc.
Another thing I want to highlight is their feeling of personal touch. Unlike the more corporate feel of the other agencies int he local area, Leonards made me feel like a priority rather than just another transaction. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone looking to buy or sell a property, especially if like me they are a first time buyer.

"After receiving 3 valuations to sell a property my gut instinct was to go with Leonards and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. During my time with Leonards I encountered many personalities all of which form the team that drives the sale, each have their own strengths and roles which, when combined, create something quite formidable, what I witnessed was teamwork at it's very best. If you have the good fortune to have Neil deal with any aspect of your sale then you can rest assured you are in good hands. Highly professional, consistent, excellent interpersonal skills and what this guy doesn't know about selling houses isn't worth knowing. Thanks Leonards.
